We love this place! From the special vehicle seats to the play gym to entertain siblings to the stylists, we love it all! We're especially like stylist Brittney. She knows how to deal with longer boys hair and how to cut for cowlicks.

We visited the Ellicott City location for my 15 month old son's first haircut. The staff was professional and friendly. My son seemed relaxed and comfortable. We were in and out within 30 minutes. We worked with Brittany who I spoke with over the phone before the appointment as well. She was superb in answering all of my questions. We booked the appointment through the app which was very easy and used our first cut reward discount from downloading the app! Brittany was very bubbly and warm which put my son at ease. She listened to our feedback and asked a lot of questions to ensure we were happy with the outcome... and we were! I will be bringing my son back to Cookie Cutters and Brittany for his next cut. Highly recommend!

Ms.Brittany was amazing with my 3 yr old who hates haircut. She spent adequate amount of time to make him comfortable! Would definitely go back again.

The sign on the door says walk-ins welcome but they didn't seem too excited we didn't have an appointment. Once they found room to see us though the stylist was very helpful and knew a lot of techniques for cutting young children's hair.

Brittany was wonderful-very patient and efficient. She put our grandson at ease with her gentle manner and the haircut looked great!
