I really love how they know my child! Its a great feeling and experience, i dont habe to worry about his hair being cut wrong or anything. Danielle personally knows how to handle his movements and crying, haha. She’s quick, easy and gets the job done!

We loved our experience with cookie cutters! I called and made an appointment and was excited they had a weekend appointment available. When we got there they took us right away and we were done in 20 minutes. Our stylist was Danielle and she did an amazing job with my son. At 15 months he was getting his first haircut and Danielle made him comfortable right away and was very gentle and caring with him. The haircut came out exactly as we hoped and she was able to advise us of the ideal length for the style and hair type of our son. The environment was so fun and colorful it was such a kid friendly space. We highly recommend Cookie Cutters to anyone with kids!

The stylist did not clean the car for my child after the previous child was finished. When we asked, she huffed and asked me to move from where I was standing. Half the employees were not wearing their masks. It's just frustrating to have the policies and then ignore them. The haircut was fine, but she didn't interact well with my child. She seemed annoyed at him a couple times which is enough for me to seek out other services next time.

She was very rude because we arrived 5 minutes late. But BUT this is our second time here, and the 1st time we came in I was there 10 minutes before my appointment and I still waited 10 minutes over the original appointment time. Did I complain that time? No right! So how come they can be late but the guest who should have the reason doesn’t get a grace period time, specially when we’re talking about an infant. They’re are so rude and work all angry!
