The stylist who cut my daughter hair, Sierra, was absolutely horrible. Completely unprofessional. My daughter just turned 2 and was crying and she got frustrated immediately and was ready to abort the hair cut. To top it off she started to yell at another customer about their appointment to the point that another set of parents who just walked in were looking at each other like something was wrong. Another stylist encouraged me to call the manager since she was making such a scene. This was incredibly embarrassing for a company who deals with kids to behave so poorly to a 2 year old who was upset which she only made worse with being mean.

I booked an appointment for my son's 1st haircut with the 1st Hair Cut package. The person who cut his hair had, I assume, never done this, and didn't capture the images correctly. So when I received the certificate it was two after pictures instead of a before and after. I understand that things happen, but no one seemed like they were even remotely sorry for what happened. I get that it's just another haircut for them... but he only gets one 1st ever haircut, and we entrusted that the small momento would be something to save and appreciate in years to come. The staff was arguing in front of us over who did what wrong and the whole thing was extremely unprofessional. Im Deeply disappointed.

I purposely scheduled with Sierra, but she was not there. I wasn’t given any prior notification. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time, because Rasheedah was awful. She saw that Jude was upset, but instead of turning the TV on and talking to him to explain what she was doing, she told my wife to sit down. My wife wasn’t doing anything besides comforting Jude, so it felt very disrespectful. In addition, she had Jude sit on my lap but she did not cover me with a drape. By the end of the haircut, I had hair all over me and she did not offer to brush it off. Finally, the haircut itself was terrible. She took a very long time to complete it, and it came out much shorter than we asked. Plus, he has a little “rat tail” in the back that should’ve been buzzed off. We don’t ever want to come here again. It was a horrible experience and I wish I could get my money back.

Every time I am taking my son here have had bad experience something wrong they do with his hair and edges and side burns with different hair stylist . I won’t take my son to this place anymore and always their TV has an issue too no cartoons to distract my son. Look at the wedge between n the picture so unprofessional. I am very disappointed with your service.
