The person who cut Logan’s hair (Tammy I think) sprayed him in the ear with water. When he started crying she then blamed it on him saying “oh he just doesn’t like water on his ears”. No. He just doesn’t like water sprayed at velocity IN his ears. Like anyone. Toward the end of the experience, she carelessly jabbed him in the eye with the corner of the comb and he started crying again. She blamed it on him “moving his head”. Not the case, he was transfixed on the TV when he wasn’t being sprayed or jabbed. In conclusion, careless actions filled by an unapologetic bedside manner made this a bad experience for Logan and I am not sure if I will be bringing him to this location again. It would have been nice if she just apologized.
