I won’t be bringing my daughter back. I know stylists can be scissor happy, and I discussed and showed the stylist where I wanted my daughters hair cut. I didn’t know I needed to stand sentinel over her to make sure my directions were followed. She cut her hair about 2 inches shorter than I requested, with the front way shorter because she “put in a layer.” I did not request a layer. The stylist asked if I wanted her to even it out when I told her I thought she was cutting it all one length, and I didn’t like that it was shorter in the front. I told her I didn’t want her to cut it any more. I’m so disappointed. My daughter was happy initially, but then when she came over to me in the shop—before I said anything—said it feels short I can’t see the back. And when we got home and she could see it more—said she looks like she did when she was five. It stylists aren’t familiar with cutting curly/wavy styles—-where you would cut it longer so when it dries the appropriate length is achieved—please inform the customer beforehand.

I paid for a first time haircut for my son. I didn’t know what the process for the certificate was, if it was to be picked up in store or emailed. I heard the woman tell the woman who cut my sons hair that this was a first time hair cut. At check out, we were charged for a first time haircut but didn’t receive the certificate and the a picture wasn’t taken. For me I didn’t care so much for the picture but I did want the certificate. I then called to get clarification on the process for the certificate. I then offered to come in on Monday to get the the certificate. Due to the store being closed on both Monday and Tuesday I have to come in on Wednesday with him to get the certificate as well as his picture is taken. Not really sure what happened here, if this was a new person that cut his hair.

I’m not comfortable posting a picture of our child but the haircut was bad. The front of his hair was cut very blunt. His side burns weren’t even and had long stands sticking out near his ears that had to be trimmed by us at home. I couldn’t help but notice that the hairdresser messed up the little boys hair before our appointment as well. I usually don’t complain but 2795 is a lot for haircut that was not good. We usually have a great experience and always come back here when he needs a haircut but this hairdresser definitely could use some more training.

Very frustrating experience. I had an appointment for my 1 year old son at 130. When we arrived, we were told another family who originally had appointments at 130 and 145 were both now at 130 meaning we had to wait until they were done and did not end up being seen until after 145. No apology from the stylist. My son my was getting impatient as was I. Overall poor customer service.
