I will never return to cookie cutters with my grandchildren. They received awful haircuts and unevenness in the cut. I have taken them their three times and this last time today was the worst. They charged too much for the cuts that we received on the boys. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Called to say we would be 15 min late due to bad traffic and was told I would have to cancel. Called back because online it said there was an appointment 15 min after my appointment with the same stylist and they were able to move it. Then when told that I wanted to “shape my sons hair for a longer hairdo in the future” she rudely stated that if I wanted long hair I shouldn’t cut it. Clearly she did not listen to the part where I asked for it to be shaped. Will not be returning to this place, very unprofessional and not accommodating with appointments at all. They were literally going to make us drive back 45 minutes where they had another later appointment and didn’t even offer it.

We always see Alisha. She does a great job I'm very particular and she always accommodates my request. And my son is skittish during the haircut but likes going he leaves with a balloon and a lollipop and he always plays the Duck game on the way out which he enjoys!

Cookie Cutters always does a great job with my son! He's autistic so it can be a little overwhelming, and challenging for him to hold still/cooperate with the hairdresser, but they always go out of their way to make it a fun experience for him, and he wants to go back every week.

Great service with our 1.5 yr son who had his first 2 haircuts here with Ms. Patty. She was kind, professional and gentle with him. Warm environment with staff
