Today was my daughter's first hair cut. Danielle was really pleasant, listened to our request and executed perfectly. She was patient and paid attention to my daughter's cues to keep her calm.

We made an appointment with Danielle, but upon arrival she was behind with another client. Instead we had to go with Gloria. Although she was very very nice, she rushed the entire experience and was a bit aggressive (there’s slight cuts on the sides of his ear and neck from how hard she was doing it, I was literally right next to her). Made husband did ask for a short haircut, however, she buzzed his hair way too short considering how cold it is. The haircut itself is not blended well, especially in the back leading up to the top of his head. She did not blend together as you can clearly see a huge line between the fade and the top of his hair. Rather than asking her to fix it, we decided just leave since our son was starting to lose patience, and our other son’s haircut came out great (with Brittany). Overall we will probably be back, but for $20 my husband is definitely not happy with how rushed the whole process was and how my son’s haircut doesn’t blend at all.

We made an appointment and were taken right on time. Both stylists were friendly and professional, but most of all patient and kind to the children. The haircut didn't take a long time and that was great because four year old boys don't like to sit too long. Thank you for your professionalism.
