We were inside the store for no more than 5 minutes. My daughter got barely any hair trimmed and we were charged full price for a kids hair cut. We were stunned at how expensive it was for how little was done.

I will never return to cookie cutters with my grandchildren. They received awful haircuts and unevenness in the cut. I have taken them their three times and this last time today was the worst. They charged too much for the cuts that we received on the boys. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I just wanted my daughter to have her hair trimmed in the front for some light bangs and she left looking like Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber….

We expected a vibrant, happy environment with excited hair cutters who had boatloads of experience with kids. Instead, our hair cutter spent zero time trying to comfort our child, rushed us through the process, sharply asked my spouse to "move out of the way" after first asking for help with holding our child's hand, and generally botched the haircut. There were strands of hair everywhere that we had to cut ourselves at home afterwards, and the sideburns had missing holes where the trimmer completely took the hair off down to the scalp. Our child is very young (under 2) and still has significant anxiety related to hair cutting and strangers, so needless to say he cries and struggles a LOT. We expected a lot of difficulty, but our regular hair cutter has always managed to do a GREAT job desite that. We'll be going back to her as soon as we can. Now I understand why commercial places charge less ... it's more of a haircut factory. If your child is calm and sits there quietly (like all the other kids were doing), then this place is for you. If your child has stranger anxiety or a behavioral condition, then I would not recommend this place. I would like to stress that I'm not angry with anyone at this place. Rather, I'm just disappointed that it was not at all happy, chipper environment that it's advertised to be on the website.

The stylist was impatient and rude. You should not work with children if you can’t be patient with kids and handle cutting their hair.

The hairdresser was in a hurry and we felt rushed through. My son’s haircut looks unfinished and his bangs were not thinned out which was not visible when his hair was wet . She did not dry his hair at all and did not even use the hair dryer to remove the hairs from his neck , which every other hair stylists always does. the cover up was probably not even put properly because he was completely covered with hairs on one side . It was not a good experience and the result was not good as well.
