We are very happy with my daughter’s haircut that she received today and her stylist was very nice!

While my son received a good haircut we did not receive the best service today. I have always brought my kids to Cookie Cutters. Other than his first hair cut my son hasn’t had any issues with getting his hair cut. Today he was very upset and cried while the stylist was working. I believe she was a bit rough with him and she did very little to calm him or make him feel more comfortable. At one point he was a little loud while crying and the stylist told him he was scaring another little boy that was getting his hair cut. I did not appreciate her comment. I will not be allowing this particular stylist to cut the hair of either of my children in the future.

These haircuts aren’t cheap, and my son came home with no sideburns (chopped off at the top of his ear), and my husband said to not take much off the top, and it’s so short it’s almost a buzz cut. The bangs are straight chopped off too, making it look more like a bowl cut. And they’re too short to even put product in and style to the side. Sorry for the rough feedback, but haircuts here aren’t cheap and you asked so I’m being honest!

My son is autistic and this place is the only place he has gotten his hair cut so we have no choice but to go here so he don’t have a meltdown. Usually have a younger lady that is awesome! This time she had an emergency and an older lady had to cut his hair. It’s not even one length. He is most comfortable with his grandma getting his hair cut or I would have said something before he left and told her to fix it but come on! She had to know that it wasn’t all one length even though he always gets the same hair cut. All of it cut off and edged up. She told my mom his hair is thicker now that’s why it looks like that?! That’s the point of getting his hair cut off! Cut it all off! Nothing special! Just cut it off and edge him up! I’m so disappointed.

We had a great experience. The staff was so friendly and patient with my son. She did exactly what he wanted and he left happy and feeling great with his new haircut!

We found this to be a good experience. The building is set up to be kid friendly. Our grandson enjoyed himself and went home with a balloon. Our stylist Stacy did an outstanding job and respected our wishes. We will be going back for our future cuts. our
