Cesar is autistic and has not always been the easiest client to service! Your staff is always helpful and willing to work with us. Its takes over 2 years, but he is willing to walk in and see Tina without all the screaming and crying. She is always kind and allows Cesar to stick to his routine which makes a huge difference. She is wonderful!

Overall, the place was okay. But the employees just didn't seem personable. They seemed to have attitudes and didn't really try to talk to my child Or build that connection. She was pretty monotone and it just wasn't a fun atmosphere compared to other kids places we have tried.

My son has had his hair cut with two different sylists (one for his first ever haircut), and they were both fantantastic. I'm blown away by how inexpensive they are for what you get (TVs with your choice of cartoons to watch, candy, toys after, plus a play area). It's an awesome find!

I liked our experience over all. Our stylist did a good job with both my kids and their hairstyles are well done. A few critiques. It was our first visit to the hair studio and I didn't know anyone. I wish that our stylist would have introduced herself to me or my eldest or have a name tag on so that I could tell my child who is cutting their hair. I asked a friend to refer a hairstylist to me from Cookie Cutters. She has been there many times but she actually didn't know any names of the stylists to refer me, which I thought was strange. Name tags would have been nice for my fried Mom brain. The other thing I noticed was I paid for the babies first haircut which said included a photo. Not a huge deal bc I took pictures on my phone. But I don't get around to printing them often so it would have been nice to have a photo. My stylist was meticulous with their hair which I liked and did a good job getting it done right even though they were wiggly.

Thanks for your review. We encourage our girls to wear their nametags but I guess they are forgetting. I will remind them, again. Baby's first haircut costs $7.00 +$3.00 with a photo and Certificate. We do hundreds of them Monthly I don't know what happened to yours? Happy to hear that the haircuts came out good, Thanks, Alison, Owner
