Horrible experience today. Usually cookie cutters is my go to place and my daughters love it there. The experience today was anything but. Today we visited the pickerington Ohio location which we have been to before and had a great experience, but today the hair dresser asked me what kind of product that my 11 year old used because her hair was dry and looked like it still has product in it. I told her what product she used and she was surprised because it was a good product. I think told her when visiting my mom she uses a different product and she insisted that that was why her hair was so dry and to never use that product again. She just kept going on and on about how dry my daughters hair was and how brittle it was typically I would thank the person for their advice and move on but it was a busy day at the salon and the hair dresser just kept going on and on about how my daughters hair was so dry and brittle to the point it embarrassed my daughter nectar all the other customers could hear her talking like this. Not only that but my daughter asked for glitter and a blow dry and the hair dresser didn't provide this. On the other hand My 4 year old was also getting her hair cut and the experience couldn't be better, my 11 year old however left hurt and embarrassed.

Salon was very dirty. We had appointment, but had to wait at least 20 minutes past our appointment time. I had twins and they took them both at the same time. Both were upset and as a mom it was hard for me to try and comfort both of them at the same time. It was also hard to take pictures when it was happening at the same time. They made their 1st hair cut nothing special.

Tina was amazing as usual! Unfortunately it seems like Christina and Tina are the only two good stylists at Pickerington. They are the only two I will let cut my kids hair after watching some of the others perform haircuts. It also seems like a revolving door for the receptionist every month we go it is someone new learning . I really hope Christina and. Tina stick around.

My husband left his wallet today. He didn’t have his ID inside but they recognized our picture and called us to pick it up. Thank you!!! Cannot tell you how much we appreciated that! Always fast, friendly great service but today went above and beyond. Forever a customer! Thanks

We always schedule with Tina. Our son has autism and haircuts are not always easy for him. Tina always does a wonderful job with him. She is patient and has a way of keeping our son calm. She always does an excellent job! Haircuts have always been something that have caused all of us a great deal of anxiety but since coming to Cookie Cutters the level of anxiety has drastically decreased. We are so grateful to all of the staff.
