The woman who cut my son's hair was not the usual bubbly type personality I see at Cookie Cutters. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. My son usually loves to get a haircut, and was asking when it would be over the whole time, so I think he was not a fan of her. This was at 1pm at the pickerington location on sept 7

The haircut ended up looking fine. But my 4 year old shouldn’t be crying and have a red head because the lady is pushing so hard while “blending” the hair with 3 different clips. Then she wouldn’t communicate what she wanted my son to do and kept forcing his head where she wanted it to be instead of just asking him to simply move his head. I was infuriated by the time I left and I’m also thinking about taking him somewhere else for his next haircut.

My child was very excited to see a new 'chair' during our visit yesterday. I think upgrading the 'chairs' would be beneficial to the location.

My son has autism and does not manage hair cuts very well. Tressa was patient, spoke softley, and was so sweet to my son. He did so very well, because of her actions. Thank you Tressa.
