Kristen did a great job on my son's hair! She turned on a fun show for him to watch and she was really gentle with him. This is his third time at Cookie Cutters. (He had his first haircut there then two subsequent cuts.)

I was very unhappy with the attitude of the stylist. She seemed rushed, didn’t let me sit with my son for hair cut, which made him scream and cry the entire time. She also did not allow me to change my child’s diaper, who on the car ride decided to poop. She told me “well he can just sit in it” We will NOT be returning. I will also be informing my friends and family and others on social media. I am so disappointed. I should have walked out and took my business and money elsewhere. Somewhere that a PROFESSIONAL stylist would care for my child.

Lucas is 4 going on 5yrs old. From day one a haircut has been a nightmare, he hated it, crying a constant battle. So a friend mentioned this place , decided to take a trip check it out. Was I surprised, i think I enjoyed it as much as him. What a blessing..❤️

My grandson had a rough time getting his haircut. I was not real happy how the stylist handled him and the situation. She put off a vibe and he continued to feed off of it..
