Christina and the other staff at Pickerington Cookie Cutters have always been amazing! We have been loyal customers for five years now and can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!! Christina takes care of my son with love and professionalism!! We are always getting complimented on how cute his hair is styled!! Thank you for always being so warm, welcoming and making it fun!!

I was very disappointed about my sons haircut today. The hair stylist was extremely awkward and rude. Did not say anything to me. She did not buckle my son into the race car. She did not cut my sons hair how I asked and when I made a comment about the top being very short she just told me the sides were very long. I am VERY disappointed in her service. I am contemplating not bringing him back.

Love cookie cutters, but I do feel a childs haircut should be more in the 11 to 12 dollar range rather $15.50.

Workers did not honor the OSU vs Michigan Saturday coupon because they said it had to be used during the game. The coupon just reads on OSU Michigan Saturday. It a specific time

My son James had a great time getting his first haircut. He loved watching his shows and sitting on a train. The hairstylist was super nice and patient with him. I am so glad there is a salon that is focused on kids and giving them a great experience. I highly recommend Cookie Cutters for children!

I do not feel like the staff is very friendly. The stylist that we usually have cut our kids hair does a good job but she's rude and has scolded us for being a few mins late or if our kid was cranky she said you shouldn't bring them around nap time. We decided not to go with her this last time but then I regretted it because the ladies who cut my kids hair didn't do a good job. I asked for a trim and they cut their hair short. Unfortunately, there is not another kid haircut place around our area to go to but we really are not happy with the staff.
