Very kind and welcoming environment plenty of things for kids to do while they wait my daughter had Tina cut her hair and she did a great job and was very nice

We enjoy coming. They always do a great job with my kids hair. I have found over the past couple of visits, there seems to be not enough hairdressers to accommodate the clients. I often hear if you don't have an appointment, they cannot take the walk-ins. I usually try to make an appointment but if we can't, it can be frustrating. there seems to never be more than 2 staff working. This past visit I was also informed I would be charged for a touch up instead of a full haircut but was charged full cost. I also do not like the new app rewards. I seem to never get them now. at least with the punch card, I actually got the rewards.

Tina was amazing as always. She is very patient and gentle with my son. Tina is awesome! We schedule an appt with her three or four days in advance to make sure we get her.
