I think the employees at the pickerington location forget they are working with young kids sometimes. They always seem very annoyed and on edge when you’re in there. My child usually does well but today was an off day and he had a fit the whole time. He is only 3 and I’ve never felt so judged in my life. They need to learn new ways to try and deal with kids who are having a hard day because I know I’m not the only one. Could also be a little cleaner. For $30 after tip I would almost rather go to the barber shop we typically go to that isn’t even geared toward kids but it’s a more welcoming environment.

Our experience was great! Robyn worked quickly and we’ll & had a sucker for my little man when he needed a distraction! We will definitely be back!

Cut a little bit of hair and costed us $15. Wait was over 30 mins even after appointment. No advice was given with haircut.

We LOVE working with her. She is always so kind and patient! I absolutely love hearing about her grand babies and you can really tell she loves her job. I would love to know her name so we can request her more often :)

This was my daughters first haircut, her experience with Cookie Cutters was great. I appreciated the time and patience that she showed my daughter who has sensory issues . We will be back to become regular customer. Thank you
