The last two times I have brought my 5 year old in the quality of the haircut was not good. Will not be returning.

When we walked in we were not greeted. It was our first time and we just stood there.... the employees were okay... I was the one that made conversation and the responses were brief. Didn’t feel very welcomed.

Phones were not working to call upon arrival. Other child screaming and crying the entire time. Couldn’t hear tv which was only feature I couldn’t have got at great clips.
