We enjoy coming. They always do a great job with my kids hair. I have found over the past couple of visits, there seems to be not enough hairdressers to accommodate the clients. I often hear if you don't have an appointment, they cannot take the walk-ins. I usually try to make an appointment but if we can't, it can be frustrating. there seems to never be more than 2 staff working. This past visit I was also informed I would be charged for a touch up instead of a full haircut but was charged full cost. I also do not like the new app rewards. I seem to never get them now. at least with the punch card, I actually got the rewards.
