Honestly, the last two visits that I've had here with my son have been terrible. Today especially stood out. My son is only two, and he was treated very poorly. I work at a pediatric dentist office so i understand that working with kids is frustrating, but you ultimately choose your line of work and if you don't like it, change it. The first two times I brought him in, it was the same woman and he had a blast and she was very kind. He has had two different people and unfortunately did not meet the standard that the first two times set for us.

Walked in with my son for a haircut. Apparently they don’t take walk ins. Only appointments. The lady was extremely rude and said “well guess I can fit you in but we go to lunch at 1:40”. Then proceeded to rush the haircut, which doesn’t take long to begin with. Definitely gonna try a different location

Horrible experience today. Usually cookie cutters is my go to place and my daughters love it there. The experience today was anything but. Today we visited the pickerington Ohio location which we have been to before and had a great experience, but today the hair dresser asked me what kind of product that my 11 year old used because her hair was dry and looked like it still has product in it. I told her what product she used and she was surprised because it was a good product. I think told her when visiting my mom she uses a different product and she insisted that that was why her hair was so dry and to never use that product again. She just kept going on and on about how dry my daughters hair was and how brittle it was typically I would thank the person for their advice and move on but it was a busy day at the salon and the hair dresser just kept going on and on about how my daughters hair was so dry and brittle to the point it embarrassed my daughter nectar all the other customers could hear her talking like this. Not only that but my daughter asked for glitter and a blow dry and the hair dresser didn't provide this. On the other hand My 4 year old was also getting her hair cut and the experience couldn't be better, my 11 year old however left hurt and embarrassed.

The hair stylist was very aggressive and rude. She made me feel as if my son was inconveniencing her. My son was getting his 2nd haircut and was not happy she did not attempt to help me calm him and just stood there. At one point she cut her finger and blames it on my 2 year old. I did not see until we got home but my son has scrapes on three different areas of his head where she cut him. He also has marks in his neck due to her using the clippers so aggressively. The ONLY reason I MIGHT return is because they are the only place that is truly a kids environment for hair cuts.

A little rude. Didn’t ask my name or my child’s name upon entering the salon. My son was very scared. They also had his name spelled wrong and were very rude when I corrected them. Not very personable.
