I do not feel like the staff is very friendly. The stylist that we usually have cut our kids hair does a good job but she's rude and has scolded us for being a few mins late or if our kid was cranky she said you shouldn't bring them around nap time. We decided not to go with her this last time but then I regretted it because the ladies who cut my kids hair didn't do a good job. I asked for a trim and they cut their hair short. Unfortunately, there is not another kid haircut place around our area to go to but we really are not happy with the staff.

I sent my husband and son to your location to just get his hair trimmed to be out of his eyes and off the back of his neck. The girl who cut it took way too much hair off and I am not happy with the cut. My husband told her he wanted it trimmed and she did a whole cut. Now his hair won’t lay down on his head the proper way because of how it was cut and the way his part is on his head.

The woman who cut my son's hair was not the usual bubbly type personality I see at Cookie Cutters. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. My son usually loves to get a haircut, and was asking when it would be over the whole time, so I think he was not a fan of her. This was at 1pm at the pickerington location on sept 7

Overall, the place was okay. But the employees just didn't seem personable. They seemed to have attitudes and didn't really try to talk to my child Or build that connection. She was pretty monotone and it just wasn't a fun atmosphere compared to other kids places we have tried.

The stylist that did my 17 month old son’s haircut was not patient or have any special skills when he was thrashing during the service. She kept blaming any errors on him moving, yes, he’s a toddler and he will move. If you don’t have the patience to handle a child moving and crying during a haircut, then you should not be in this setting.
