Finding it pointless to schedule an appointment for a haircut that lasts 10minutes tops. Getting to the appointment 4 minutes before and waiting 35 min after my appointment started. The whole point in scheduling is so my toddler isn't losing his shit while waiting. But unfortunately he did. Stay away from pickerington location and sticking with gahanna from now on!
