I have always had amazing service until today and it was just my stylist. Everyone else was wonderful. I have long hair and asked to have about 6 inches cut off and to have the ends undercut a little. My stylist, Joy, didn’t speak much. When she needed my head down or up or some other position, she didn’t talk, she just pushed my head where she wanted it. She never sprayed my hair with water, and it was flying around all over because we were near an air vent. When it was done, she had taken off 8-9 inches and did not undercut the ends like I asked. The ends are not even at all. I will never let her touch my hair again.
