I had my long hair cut by Joy this week and she was very kind and quick to hear what I expressed about my hair needs and then cut my hair to layer & lighten my mom hairdo. I appreciate her doing a great job!

The experience has always been positive. Our stylists Ana and/or Fatima do an exceptional job. They are very courteous and always engage with us in a positive manner. You are lucky to have them. We are extremely happy with the service and will continue to come here.

I have always had amazing service until today and it was just my stylist. Everyone else was wonderful. I have long hair and asked to have about 6 inches cut off and to have the ends undercut a little. My stylist, Joy, didn’t speak much. When she needed my head down or up or some other position, she didn’t talk, she just pushed my head where she wanted it. She never sprayed my hair with water, and it was flying around all over because we were near an air vent. When it was done, she had taken off 8-9 inches and did not undercut the ends like I asked. The ends are not even at all. I will never let her touch my hair again.
