First I want to say booking an appointment for clients 15 minutes before closing time is insane. If I would have realized that I wouldn't have taken the appointment. My son got upset before the haircut because the girl turned on a balloon pump that scared him half to death. So it would have been nice had they even attempted to calm him down but they just looked more annoyed than anything. Then, the stylist they put us with looked at me like I was insane when I showed her a photo of how I wanted his hair. "oh but that's All lined up and whatever". Yes? What else should a haircut be? So I said as close as possible. My son was crying but staying still well. He still wind up with 2 different side burns and we had asked her to do a number 2. There was a patch that wasn't buzzed down like the rest and my husband asked her to fix it. She got annoyed and was giving him an attitude. She says "I don't really know what else you expect me to do". Then, she figured she was finished I guess though that was a surprise to us. Instead of cleaning my son off or removing the barbers cape off of me, she went and got her purse and jacket, basically telling us it's time to go. I would NEVER go back here and certainly wouldn't recommend it to a friend. She also was coughing on us the whole time. I gave her a tip and I don't know why. I was so upset by how terrible of a hair it my son had and the attitude we were given that I wasn't even thinking straight. I won't mention the name but I should have known by the reviews and once she didn't seem to know how to do a fade that had straight lines. Now we have to go to a barber shop tomorrow -which we were trying to avoid because they're more rough on my son, to pay them try to salvage his hair somehow.
