I ask for a small trim and this is the second visit Kellie didn’t listen to what I wanted for the kids. I wanted the curl left in the back and she just Cut them all off. She also didn’t do a grab job around his ears and had to ask for him to go back in chair.

Kellie was our “stylist” and I use That term lightly. She was not clear on what she was going to do on the hair. Did not shape up or style the hair. All she used was a buzzer and took off the hair with that. She also cut the back of his neck with the buzzer so there’s that. There is no skill involved. Half of his head looks buzzed off and nothing was shaped up. Save you time money and aggravation. Horrible experience.

Debbie is simply the best!! Somehow she’s able to make both mom and toddler feel calm and like everything is under control even in the height of a tantrum/melt down! I cannot recommend her enough and am so grateful for the awesome cut she gives my son each and every time!!
