Stephanie was wonderful, as always! I am super picky about my both of my boys' hair and I know I can trust her fully to do an amazing job. She is also such a pleasure to ne around, we love her. The only thing I wish you guys would do is put in another regular chair because there is only one and we almost always have to wait for it. Neither of my kids fits in the fun chairs, and a handful of them are always open/free, so I think replacing even just one of them with a second regular chair would be so helpful and a better use of the space.

They were very overbooked and overwhelmed with the amount of people. I waited a long time for my appointment and the place smelled very badly. I opted to wait outside in the heat because if the smell.
