Friendly staff and clean and inviting environment for the kids. Stylist was nice and did a great job on my child’s hair during her appt but afterwards disappeared without saying a word. I thought it was odd that the receptionist finished off my child’s hair with decorations instead of the hairstylist. Overall the experience was good. Just wished the parking was better.

We arrived on time, checked in and were told “she’ll grab you when she’s ready for you.” Our hairdresser was never notified we were there nor did she seem to know she had an appointment we were still waiting there at 10:45 when she asked “are you waiting for me?” I told her I didn’t know who we were waiting for but we had an appointment 30 minutes ago. After checking the schedule she grabbed us. After that things went smoothly but the disorganization and the frustration of watching everyone move so slowly and ignore you while you are waiting with your child was infuriating.

We've been going to cookie cutters for over three years with our first child, and now tried bringing our second child. Every time we've went it's always been a very nice experience, but this time it was very different. The energy felt very chaotic, a lot of kids screaming and crying (which we understand is not your fault), but the biggest issue we took was the hair stylist doing the bare minimum on our children's haircuts. We had to talk her through making it look even slightly okay. We could tell she knew what she was doing, but just wasn't really going above just trimming and cutting. It was really a shame, because usually the hair cuts are very cute. We had Medina as our hair stylist. She was very nice and receptive to our feedback, but it did feel like she was just going thorough the motions, which was sad because it was our second child's first hair cut.

Angelica was so patient and moved quickly but was thorough and made sure my daughter's hair was cut evenly. Thank you so much.

The hairdresser was extremely rude and not helpful to our children. A really sad experience.
