Not much communication took place while in the salon. The hairdresser was okay but the girl at the front could use some help in customer service.

last two visits here I was not happy with hair cut/ uneven again, the stylist and overall service. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

Took my son here after a while of taking him to my own barber, hoping Cookie Cutters could do a neater job prior to my brother’s wedding, where my son would be a ring bearer. My son sat still, obidiently, like he does with my barber, while an older white woman with blond hair wearing flip-flops butchered his neck and hair line. Unfortunatelly, my son got mulltiple cuts on his neck and a super uneven hair cut. Never taking my son here again.

We went in for a kids haircut. We were greeted by the stylist. She asked what we wanted and I tried explaining it to her. She was too strict for a kids place. She Did what she had to. I missed the friendliness that we are usually welcomed with. My three year old only wants to get his cut from here, he refuses to go anywhere else. I wasn't too happy with his last cut either. This time, the cut isn't clean and I can see the buzz marks, they are very uneven.

It was a ok job done , but if I compare it to my last Visit I was not happy . My son is a client of Ralph and they don’t know when he is coming back . He is on “ LEAVE” just be honest and say he quit . And give his clients his new location please and thank you
