This is the 3rd time Nicholas has visited Cookie Cutters and his stylist Carolyn has gone above and beyond to make my son feel special. She's so kind and patient with my son and she does an exceptional job with his hair. She recommended a personal style with Nick's hair and also asks if we want to add any type of creams or gels and makes my son's experience even more special. The best part of the appointment is when the receptionist who's also sweet with Nick puts on his favorite you tube show to watch, which keeps him focus on keeping his hair street. Carolyn also gave him a toy to play with and it put a smile on my son's face, and I come from queens, and I don't mind the ride at all with the service this team gives.
