We have been multiple time & I know my boys scream & don’t like getting their haircuts but the girl that cut both boys hair didn’t try anything to calm them down & acted like she just wanted it to be over. Both boys have messed up haircuts!! We normally have a wonderful experience & love coming there but I will definitely not get that girl again.

The staff made us feel like we were the only patrons in the salon. They rolled out the red carpet for my son, who has special needs, making sure he was comfortable and calm during the entire process. They made a point to ask about specific things which could help make my son's experience the best it could be given his needs. We will be getting his hair cut here from now on.

We had an overall great experience. The only negative tone was some of the stylists seemed frustrated with their child clients. I understand children can be difficult but this is a children’s hair salon, therefore the stylists need to be cheerful and extremely patient.
