When we walked in, there were 2 hair stylists. This was odd, since it was supposed to be their opening weekend. We had made an appointment for 11:15am, and walked in at 11:05am. We sat an waited, and weren’t taken back to receive a haircut until 11:40. The girl was nice, she asked me what I’d like to see for his hair, but cut his ear 5 minutes into the haircut. This in turn spiraled the appointment out of control, because my 3 year old said it hurt. He continued to cry, and instead of helping and being reassuring, she said nothing, but looked at the woman behind the counter and both rolled their eyes. When we went to pay, the woman at the front was not prompt with checking us out, and then forgot to try to give him the “opening weekend cookies” that every other child was getting. I was not impressed, and will not be back, especially if the haircuts are $18 normally. That is a seemingly outrageous amount for a child’s haircut.
