Alexis went above and beyond to insure my one year old was comfortable!!!! Our last experience at a pickeringtom location was terrible to the point I didnt want to get his hair cut anymore! Alexis talked with him showed him things before using them, kind of made it a game!!!!! SHE DID AWESOME!!

My son put up the worlds biggest fight. His last haircut wasn’t a good experience so he was nervous this time. Cara was amazing & also understanding! (I had car trouble on the way to our original appointment) She was calm, fast and made us feel comfortable with the way she was handling cutting his hair though he was being so squirmy.
