I can’t believe we paid for the quality of haircut that my son received today. We’ve gone to Cookie Cutters for 3 years and this is the worst haircut we’ve ever seen. It’s cut at different lengths, in different directions. We’re going to have to go somewhere to get it fixed.

I get it that you are appointments only but if they are 30 min slots and my grandson only took 15 min maximum and I had to bring another grandson with me whom is only 3 and wants his hair trimmed up as well and we ask you to trim his up your staff should be able to do that. We asked if you was taking any walk in she stared NO. He was upset and screamed and cried the whole way home that he didn’t get a hair cut either. She blocked off the back of his hair and didn’t layer it so it would lay nice she just cut it straight across the back. Just doesn’t look right at all.

I don’t have the name of the stylist who cut my son’s hair. But she didn’t do a good job. My sons hair was totally uneven and she didn’t clean the fallen hair off my sons face after she was done!

The hair dresser brought her children in to work. I was there for a first haircut with my son. We were really excited, but the hair dresser didn’t seem to care. We didn’t get to pick our car, my son was crying during his cut and the lady kept going to the desk to answer her phone calls and texts she was getting on her personal cell phone. The picture was subpar and there was no care. Very bad customer service. I will not come back again. We also didn’t get a balloon.

My child was very scared during his visit and instead of slowing down or trying a different approach like using scissors the stylist just pushed forward. He seemed to be frustrated with my son who is just over a year old! This was not my sons first visit to cookie cutters and he did very well the first time. I felt like the stylist was rough with my child’s head and just didn’t seem to care that he was dealing with young kids. I have family that went to this stylist and also no longer will see him. I was also disgusted with how dirty the stylists hands were. I wish I got his name but I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave and comfort my kid as quickly as possible!
