The hair stylist we had was not very friendly and did not really engage with our family during our visit. She made some negative nasty remarks about my son having matted hair in the back. He’s only 1 year old and this is his second hair cut. He was crying toward the end because she was holding his head down and buzzing the sides. He has red marks even an hour after his appointment. Definitely will not return. Not a pleasant experience with this particular staff..

Upon returning home, I noticed immediately how choppy and uneven Piper's hair cut was. I actually had to fix her bangs because they were uneven and pieces were still in her face. it looks like her hair was put in a pony tail and chopped off with no other adjustments. My partner who took her in said the stylist seemed apathetic and uninterested during the appointment.

Ashley was horrible with my son and not patient. If you’re going to work at a children’s salon you should enjoy children. She was rough with him and rude. Not pleased with her at all!

So, after leaving Cookie Cutters and my son's hair drying after it was cut with scissors, this is what his hair looks like. You can see every spot his hair was cut with scissors, like it was chopped in layers with a pair of clippers. This is the worst I've ever had his hair cut at a Cookie Cutters. Not only did I pay $20, that's a kids cut with a tip, but now I have to pay someone else to fix it. I came to the Grove City location after numerous issues with the Hilliard staff arguing with me everytime I'd take my son in for a haircut, I thought maybe the issues I had were just with the staff at Hilliard. Well, it just seems to be the quality of the stylists you employ. We will not be back to any of your locations.
