This was our first haircut and first time ever using this business. My older children we went to a barbershop for their first hair cuts. Olivia was amazing with my son. My only complaint was the airplane chair they had cut the back of my sons leg. The metal broke and they were not aware of it until after his hair cut we saw his leg. They discounted his cut since he got hurt today and later called back and said they would give him a free visit next time.
