Considering this was our first experience getting our very contrary almost 2 year old’s haircut this place did NOT disappoint! Theresa was great and flexible and gave us nervous parents directions on how to keep her calm. Our girl looks so cute and we look forward to many more trims and cuts here. Highly recommend!

My oldest son Michael's said it hurt his head to get his haircut. Also, his cut was not short enough overall or high enough around the ears. My youngest son's hair does not even look like it was cut that much. His hair is sticking way out on the sides and the top. Very dissatisfied with these cuts. Never had this happen before at this location.

My son is 4 years old and has autism. We always have a hard time with hair cuts to say the least. I decided to go to the grove city location as soon as they opened in Hope's my son would not frighten the other children with his screaming if we were the first ones in and out. The stylists Joana was great & related very much to my struggles with Aiden. She made it fast and easy and still did a great job. I'll be scheduling with her from now on.
