My appointment was given to someone else that walked in before me. I was told I must have made a mistake. I pulled up my confirmation email to show I was not making a mistake. No one said sorry or was in a hurry to help me or make anything better. The stylist I requested was not honored. When they realized I had asked for a specific stylist for my daughter I was asked on the spot if it was okay to have Alex cut my daughters hair. He had already started and I didn’t want to make him feel bad. Alex was very nice but not very confident in his skills. I was very disappointed with my visit today. I have had two great trips and cuts with you guys.

$19.00 seems so expensive for a child's hair cut when they don't even sit still yet to get a proper style, fade,or line up. For this kind of money my son should have received a fade with a line up that was like and adult. Just don't seem right.

It is very inappropriate for Alex to listen to genuine while cutting children’s hair, at least 2 songs that I heard we’re talking about sex. Next time they should monitor what they are listening to or the volume of the headphone. In other news he did a good job with my child’s hair.

We’ve had good experiences at this location before, but today we rough. We arrived 3 minutes late to our appointment, and waited a few additional minutes to be checked in. When we did, we were told “since you were late, they’ve taken the next appointment.” I understand we were a couple of minutes late… But seemed awfully quick to move on to the next appointment, when it’s not busy. So we were in there for an hour beginning to end. The girl who cut his hair was nice, but honestly, wouldn’t really make a suggestion on how we should cut his hair… And since we know nothing about that, we didn’t know what to do. Additionally, we were asked to hold his head still so she cloud cut around his ears, but didn’t really advise how to do that, so we just made it up. In the end, my son’s hair is shorter… It’s not what we wanted, but honestly, we were getting frustrated and just decided to cut our losses. It’s certainly not a $24 haircut.

My boy isn’t the easiest to cut but they never usually rush to finish. they make sure he looks decent before saying they are done. We drive from chillicothe so it’s not like it’s around the block.

Everyone was very nice and my child loved the plane. We can in for a boy haircut. When we got home, I noticed that his hair was uneven and not cut in some places.
