The location was dirty, the chair was with a lot of hair (durty) and the lady was very rude with my kid, she was combing the hair very roughly. I don’t recommend this location, Hilliard location is the best

My one child’s hair was cut way too short. I thought I was clear and came prepared with a picture of child with the cut we were given last time but it was cut way too short and his hair will stick up. He has school pictures this week. Since I’m not happy with how short it is, I may not buy the photo. I would have preferred to have the option to buy a cute photo of my kid but that is now not an option due to the cut.

We went here to get my son's hair cut for school pictures. The woman did a terrible job. Half of his hair was different lengths and looked awful. We are now taking him to an actual salon so we can get this mess fixed.

I’ve taken my older son here and had a good experience. We brought our youngest in and could not have been less impressed with her demeanor. He was certainly difficult as he was scared but she did nothing to explain, encourage or even talk to him. The haircut was good but I was dismayed by the stylist. Perhaps children is not an area in which she should work.

My son's hair was uneven on both side it had a chopped look on the top overall haircut was awful
