Olivia was wonderful! We needed a quick hair cut and she was fast but also very good at what she was doing! My son’s hair has never looked better and we will be back and asking for her!

So happy with how my sons haircut turned out, but my main reason I loved this visit was how well she worked with my son! My son usually moves around, is screaming at the top of his lungs crying, and she made him feel so comfortable he barely shed a tear! We will be returning and coming to cookie cutters instead of anywhere else!

They service was great. My only complaint is that we were not greeted when we came in. I stood at the counter for a few minutes with not even “I’ll be right with you”. I had to ask someone finally what I needed to do to sign in. But other than that, the service was wonderful.
