the girl that did his hair I could not remember her name I am very sorry but she did a great job with him she did not hesitate with him at all so I did not hesitate to give her a good tip. My son is not one to sit through a haircut but she knew what she was doing she was great I definitely want to go back to her so if you could please let me know her name that would be great Lol

Overall a pretty good experience; our appointment times were honored very promptly. I do think longer capes would be good, the kids get absolutely covered in hair with the short ones.

The young lady who cut my sons hair didn’t go back to make sure it was all even. Next time I will have someone else cut it who will take time to do it

My daugher came in with more tangles (and food crumbs) than we realized. Our stylist was very patient and gentle, getting them all out. My daughter's cut was a little uneven, but that is to be expected since her hair was such a mess. Our stylist had a great rapport with her and was so gentle.

I had a wonderful experience today. Despite the difficult 2 year the stylist Olivia went above and beyoud assuring me how normal this was and calmed my nerves along with my son. She was very patient and kind and didn’t let a difficult toddler impact her work. I don’t know how she did such a great job. Bit with limited instructions she was able to understand the length and style of exactly what i wanted. We will definitely be back to sch our next appt with Olivia. You rock!!

Everything was good except for my appointment time. I booked my daughters appointment online the day before and when I got there someone else walked in and they took them first. I had to wait 30 minutes for my daughters appointment while tried to keep her from touching things. I was under the impression that your appointment would be at the scheduled time. Not the case for us. Not the best first experience. But the place and people seemed nice.
