I understand that a toddler will not cooperate sometimes with his haircut, but the stylist needs to be patient and kids friendly. If a child is scared of the clipper noise and the chil’s mother is advising about it, it’s supposed that the stylist should use scissors instead and clippers at the end just to finish the haircut.

Was told us parents were required to wear a mask during visit. I was NOT told upon arrival and it was NOT stated in the email like the lady at the desk said it should have been.

The last haircut I made the appointment online I received a discount. This time I did the same thing, no discount even though I received an email for it. This is an overall ok place.

I was frustrated because this is the 2nd time I've been there and although I did like the actual cut, the stylist did not attempt to "Line-up" the edges for my son, not even around the ears. I had to do it myself when I got home. This also happened the first time with another stylist. I do like the environment, however, for the price, I am not sure that I would keep returning since I do have another option in our town.

My first experience at Cookie cutters was fantastic with Amanda. Today however we had someone else cut my sons hair and she seemed like she was rushing the entire Time despite he fact I made an appointment. She kept getting frustrated with my son when he would turn his head. I also didn’t agree with the way she was grabbing my sons head to cut certain areas, almost like she was trying to grab his head and hold him still. The hair cut was very un even and parts looked like they weren’t cut at all. will definitely make sure she doesn’t cut my sons hair again. I was very unsatisified.
