The reason I am disappointed in our visit is because my 2 daughters merely got a trim. I had asked for my youngest to have layers in which they gave one layer. My oldest daughter got only a trim maybe just 2 inches- took less than 10 mins. I was appalled at the total cost of my visit. It was almost $80 for my kids to get their hair trimmed with 1 wash. I also bought a hair brush that was $15 but I still could not believe I paid so much for so little. I could have paid the same amount and took them to a salon in which was the same price and had their hair styled afterwards, but I opted to come to cookie cutters bc I thought I would save money with it being a kids cut. I understand inflation but I couldn't even afford to leave more than a $5 tip for 2 different ladies that cut my kids hair because our ending balance was too high. I would expect prices like this at an adult salon but not for children's cuts. This is not a reflection on the stylist or their skills, however I should have told the stylist that cut my daughters hair for more layers since I don't really feel she did as I had asked. That is on me for not speaking up. Overall, I am just let down at the pricing, it is just too expensive, period.

The ladies there are very quiet and not talkative at all makes it to be a little uncomfortable

Was just not as easy with my son like normally the workers are.had to change the cut because she messed up a little

My son loves the play gym inside, and the previous time we came in was a very good experience. However, I will mention that the place needed cleaned badly when we came in last. There was a bunch of cut hair in the corners of the room and along the walls, everything was sticky and the play gym was in desperate need of a scrubbing. The vehicle seat was also covered in other kids hair.

Way overpriced. I got the kids cut with shampoo. They did not cut much hair. They missed some of my kids bangs

We had to have a repeat visit for both of our sons because their haircuts were both messed up. My one son just had some flyaways, which was not a big deal, and I would have very easily just had the lady fix them. However, my other son's hair was so botched, she basically had to give him a whole new haircut. And then I felt obligated to tip her because she just cut both of our sons' hair, when they'd had haircuts two days prior to this. So I ended up paying an extra $10 because of the fact that their haircuts had to be fixed. This is not the first time this has happened, and it really makes me rethink bringing them back again.
