The appointment started off really well, cute play area and my son was excited for the seat options. He sits in the chair and the girl goes to use the clippers and jams them into the back of my son’s head. He has been getting his haircut for 3 1/2 years and has NEVER cried. She caused crocodile tears and him wanting to get out of the seat. She brought him a basket of toys and he did calm down. He told me in the car after we left she really hurt his head. Then he was afraid of her. He kept asking me to stay closer to him during the haircut. She first gave him Elvis cut sideburns that looked horrible. His hair is uneven in every area. The only area I’m happy with is his bangs. I wanted to try this new location out since it was close to home but I will not be back. It only allows me to upload one picture but I have several I would attach too.
