We had to have a repeat visit for both of our sons because their haircuts were both messed up. My one son just had some flyaways, which was not a big deal, and I would have very easily just had the lady fix them. However, my other son's hair was so botched, she basically had to give him a whole new haircut. And then I felt obligated to tip her because she just cut both of our sons' hair, when they'd had haircuts two days prior to this. So I ended up paying an extra $10 because of the fact that their haircuts had to be fixed. This is not the first time this has happened, and it really makes me rethink bringing them back again.
