Our scheduled appointment was at 1:30- the haircut started at 1:55. The haircut was a simple cut to rest on the shoulder. Instead what we received was what will forever be called the "rachel" at our house. That's right, my 8 year old had the same cut as the popular rachel shag from friends that overtook America in the 90s. The layers were all over the place. We went back to ask for them to fix the cut, but due to how short the layers were, we could only salvage a crooked bob. Disappointing.

My appointment was given to someone else that walked in before me. I was told I must have made a mistake. I pulled up my confirmation email to show I was not making a mistake. No one said sorry or was in a hurry to help me or make anything better. The stylist I requested was not honored. When they realized I had asked for a specific stylist for my daughter I was asked on the spot if it was okay to have Alex cut my daughters hair. He had already started and I didn’t want to make him feel bad. Alex was very nice but not very confident in his skills. I was very disappointed with my visit today. I have had two great trips and cuts with you guys.

Alex cut both my boys hair today. We have been visiting this location since it opened and while we haven’t received a terrible cut this was above and beyond. Alex worked to get the boys hair absolutely perfect. He lent as much time with them as my own hair dresser spends on me. I can’t any enough good thing about this service. We will ask for him special from here on out.

Always professional and listen to what I ask for in a haircut

I understand that a toddler will not cooperate sometimes with his haircut, but the stylist needs to be patient and kids friendly. If a child is scared of the clipper noise and the chil’s mother is advising about it, it’s supposed that the stylist should use scissors instead and clippers at the end just to finish the haircut.
