When we were in there was only 1 person working. Although I know things happen, I make an appointment so I can get in and out in a timely manner and yesterday we were still waiting 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment. The girl that cut my children’s hair was apologetic and did a great job and was very nice, so she wasn’t the issue, and I know she was doing everything she could, but still, she is only one person. She was trying to greet everyone, cut hair, clean up, and answer phone calls. She shouldn’t have been alone.

Theresa was amazing! She was so patient and so kind to both of my kids. Definitely made a huge difference in the experience and made it worth while. Will be going to her from now on!

Today was our first visit. My 2 year old typically freaks out during haircuts, but today he was amazing and I can only give credit to the staff and environment.
