Our scheduled appointment was at 1:30- the haircut started at 1:55. The haircut was a simple cut to rest on the shoulder. Instead what we received was what will forever be called the "rachel" at our house. That's right, my 8 year old had the same cut as the popular rachel shag from friends that overtook America in the 90s. The layers were all over the place. We went back to ask for them to fix the cut, but due to how short the layers were, we could only salvage a crooked bob. Disappointing.

The "stylist" was extremely impatient & downright rude to myself & my 3 year old daughter (who, keep in mind, takes haircuts very well.) For a company that specializes in catering to children, this is the LEAST kid friendly location we've visited & this is our second similar bad experience at this location by two separate "stylists." Definitely won't be returning & certainly won't be recommending this location to ANYONE.

Will not be returning. I understand places are finding a hard time at finding workers but when you advertise kid friendly environment, hire kid friendly employees. There were two ladies working, and neither of them were not very kid friendly.

My son is 1 year old and he was upset but the man that cut his hair was acting very annoyed and rude. He kept grabbing his face and was rough with him. I felt very uncomfortable and not happy with the service. At other locations they have toys and bubbles and other distractions. All they had here was a tv. I would think with it being a place for children this stylist would have more patience and a better attitude.

This was the worst experience I ever had. My son was terrified of the haircut and the guy was holding him down as hard as he could, squeezing his head so tight that my son sounded like he was being tortured. It was unacceptable and i had to tell the guy to finish the haircut early because he was upsetting my son so bad.
