My toddler has only had at-home haircuts, and does not like them. We thought he may be happier at Cookie Cutters, because of all the distractions. We were wrong. He screamed hysterically the entire time and I had to human-straight-jacket him in the chair on my lap. However, the staff was so calm, quick, talented, and kind that my kid now has an adorable haircut and actually didn’t want to leave when he was done. There was Netflix, bubbles, lollipops, toys, a little play set, and a couch he loved for some reason. If I could afford to give Brittany a $100 tip, I would have. We will definitely be back in the future if they will have our crazy family.
