My oldest son Michael's said it hurt his head to get his haircut. Also, his cut was not short enough overall or high enough around the ears. My youngest son's hair does not even look like it was cut that much. His hair is sticking way out on the sides and the top. Very dissatisfied with these cuts. Never had this happen before at this location.

We had two different hair stylists. Sid was wonderful! She made my twins feel at easy, but the other lady was rude and quite honest not kind. She had a rude tone of voice off the bat. We where a few minute late. 2 minutes after our scheduled appointments due to the rain. She was finishing up with another client at the register and had us wait. Understandable that took about 3 minutes. But then made some comments about us being late and she guesses she can still take us. Maybe she was just having an off day and I really appreciate cookie cuts as a place to get my children’s hair cut but when you work with kids you have to remember where you are and who you are working with.

The stylist at this visit was not as friendly as previous stylists. Not as pleased as past visits.

It’s a gimmick, the price goes up literally every time that we go it started out reasonable, now it’s to 18.95 and the stylist legit doesn’t even blow dry the hair after spraying it with water. It’s just a bit much and the hair comes out just as good at places like great clips who are cheaper to start with and closer to home.

The stylist gave my son a good haircut, but she wasn’t very patient or gentle with my child. He was a little tired & a little whiny, which happens with children sometimes. He said it hurt (I know it probably didn’t) but the stylist in turn said, “I know it doesn’t hurt, I’ve done 2 hair cuts before you and neither of them said it hurt or whined about it... I think you’re fibbing.” As she continues to grab his head and pull it back and not being gentle at all. Then in turn asked him if he was tired because he was being so whiny. Her patience and manners were terrible with my son! This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with a stylist at cookie cutters. I will continue to take my son here because normally the atmosphere is great & the services given are also great. But I will make sure I do not get this stylist again! Alex is our favorite, very gently and patient. At my mistake I booked the apt on a day he wasn’t there.

I think that if this is a kids salon, employees should be peacent because they are working with kids.
