Everyone was very nice and my child loved the plane. We can in for a boy haircut. When we got home, I noticed that his hair was uneven and not cut in some places.

Shout out to Amanda! My son (2 years old) is usually hard to entertain during a haircut and can become quite the handful. However, she was very patient with him and did a quick but thorough job with his hair. Thank you so much!

I actually felt bad for my grandson's stylist today. We got to our appointment a few minutes early to find our stylist finishing 3 siblings. As she finished, she was trying to keep hair clippings and print certificates for the family, not to mention ringing up other purchases and cuts. She just started on my grandson when a lady walked in the door with 4 toddlers, all appearing to be under the age of 3 and all in for haircuts. The stylist was in the shop by herself, trying to manage people walking in the door, keeping appointments prompt, cleaning up the hair after the child's cut (which she was unable to do), and check the appointment out. She told me that the appointments were all scheduled 15 minutes apart. If appointments are, in fact, scheduled 15 minutes apart, please have enough consideration for your stylists to hire someone to run the desk and maybe help them clean up between appointments. I truly felt bad for this girl. She was the only employee in the shop and was so busy that she couldn't even think straight!!! But she did an awesome job and was very patient and social with me and my grandson.

My first experience at Cookie cutters was fantastic with Amanda. Today however we had someone else cut my sons hair and she seemed like she was rushing the entire Time despite he fact I made an appointment. She kept getting frustrated with my son when he would turn his head. I also didn’t agree with the way she was grabbing my sons head to cut certain areas, almost like she was trying to grab his head and hold him still. The hair cut was very un even and parts looked like they weren’t cut at all. will definitely make sure she doesn’t cut my sons hair again. I was very unsatisified.
